Natural ways to reduce stomach pain

Basil leaves:

Basil leaves contain an ingredient called eugenol which reduces the amount of stomach acid. Basil leaves help to flush out toxins from the body so it acts as a medicine for stomach pain.

If you take seven or eight basil leaves in a cup of hot water and drink it regularly, the problem of indigestion will be removed.

Ginger or Ginger Tea:

You can eat ginger or ginger tea to reduce stomach pain. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce pain as well as cure stomach problems. You can chew ginger and eat it.

Mix some ginger in a cup of water and boil it. Now boil tea leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and mix it with a teaspoon of honey and drink it.

If you consume ginger tea 2-3 times a day, you can get relief from stomach aches.

Rice water:

Most of the time abdominal pain is due to indigestion. You can drink rice water for stomach ache due to indigestion. Soak one cup of rice in water for some time.

When the rice is a little soft, strain the rice water and mix it with a teaspoon of honey and drink it regularly twice a day. This will eliminate stomach pain and stomach problems.

Anise:

Fennel is very useful to relieve stomach pain. Fennel has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that relieve stomach pain as well as gas.

Mix one teaspoon of fennel paste in one cup of water and boil for 5-10 minutes. When the boiling water is cold, strain it and drink it with a teaspoon of honey.

If you drink 1-2 times a day, you will get relief from stomach pain.

Cumin:

Cumin is commonly used as a spice but it is not limited to spices. It is used as a medicine to prevent many stomach problems. Cumin is very useful in case of indigestion, abdominal pain, or gas problems.
