Neck pain natural or home remedies
Neck pain is now a very familiar problem. It can occur in people of any age. Nowadays more or less everyone is using the mobile, computer. Neck pain occurs due to prolonged sitting.
In very rare cases neck pain appears as a serious problem. If neck pain is accompanied by numbness in the arm or hand or loss of strength in the hand or shoulder pain, then treatment must be taken. Otherwise, the pain may take on a more complex shape.

Massage:
Massage is a very nice home remedy to reduce neck pain. It helps reduce anxiety and stress along with neck pain.
To relieve the pain, warm coconut oil or olive oil and apply it on the neck and shoulders.
Then massage for some time. Using this method will get rid of the pain very easily.
Use a thin pillow and try warm compress:
Use a pillow that keeps the body aligned with the neck. This is because using a high pillow can cause neck pain and if there is pain, the pain may increase.
A warm compress is very effective and comfortable in case of pain. We can use hot pads, hot water bottles. Bathing in hot water gives a lot of comforts.
Take a bath in salt water:
If you have neck pain due to muscle tension, you can take a bath with salt in hot water.
Sulfate magnesium in this salt helps to relax muscles and reduce swelling and pain.
It reduces stress as well as keeps the blood circulation moving. So if you have neck pain, you can take a bath with salt water 2-3 times. It is very effective in reducing neck pain.
Use ice:
Ice packs can be used to relieve pain. Because the cooling temperature helps to reduce inflammation and relieve pain.
Fill a glass or packet of ice cubes and hold it in place of pain.
This way you can use it 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes, it will reduce your neck pain.
Use termaric:
Turmeric is an excellent ingredient to reduce shoulder pain. It contains anti-oxidant anti-inflammatory ingredients.
Mix one teaspoon of coconut oil with two teaspoons of turmeric powder and apply on the shoulders.
Mix one cup of turmeric powder in one cup of milk and boil it. Then apply the mixture well on the neck. This will eliminate the feeling of swelling and pain.
Exercise:
There are some neck exercises that help relieve pain. Before exercising, you need to give a warm compress to stretch the muscles.
Then rotate your neck in a circular motion once clockwise and again anti-clockwise.
Now gently rotate the neck back and forth, once to the right and once to the left. Do this 3-4 times a day for 15 minutes. This will relieve your neck pain.
