Foods to Add Your Diet:
- Dark, green, leafy vegetables ( mainly- spinach, carrots,tomatoes,onions,broccoli, cabbage, peppers, egg plant, cauliflower, kale etc. )
- Whole grains ( brown rice, whole wheat breads, oatmeal, whole grain pastas, lentils. )
- Starchy foods such as potatoes and sweet potatoes preferably with their skin.

- Fish ( salmon, sardines, tuna, small fish. )

- Alcohol ( drinking alcohol is also a risk factor for the development of breast cancer. beer, wine and liquor could interact with the cancer drugs you take.)
- Sweets ( cookies, cake, candies, sodas, rosgolla, sandesh, jilebi, dry sweets and other sugary treats cause weight gain. )
- High fat meats and dairy products( beef, pork, lamb, mutton, butter, whole milk and cream.)
- Under cooked foods ( cook all meats, fish, and poultry to a safe temperature before eating them. Avoid raw foods like oysters and sushi during your treatment.)
