Olive oil or olive oil is commonly used on the skin of young children. Many again use it instead of lotion to relieve winter dryness. It is also heavily used in beauty care and hair health.

Although very expensive, it is very beneficial for health. Olive oil is rapidly becoming a popular oil in the world due to its benefits. The fats in it are monounsaturated fatty acids, which experts consider healthy fats.

In addition to health benefits, olive oil is beneficial for our skin and hair. Olive oil is used in cooking, cosmetics, medicine, and soap. Olive oil originally came from the Mediterranean countries but now it is becoming popular all over the world.

Olive oil in English and scientific name Olea europaea. Olive oil contains 83% alic acid, 21% linoleic acid and 20% palmitic acid, 13.5 g of fat, and 14.35 mg of vitamin E.

Contains Monounsaturated Fat:

Olive oil contains about 14% saturated fats such as omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. However, the main fatty acids in olive oil are saturated fat called alic acid which makes up 83% of the total oil. Studies have shown that alic acid reduces inflammation and can have beneficial effects on cancer cells.

Rich in antioxidants:

In addition to the fatty acids in extra virgin olive oil, it contains plenty of vitamin E and vitamin K. However, this oil contains powerful antioxidants. These antioxidants can reduce the risk of chronic disease. These fight pain and help keep blood cholesterol levels right. These two can reduce the risk of heart disease.

Prevent stroke:

Strokes are caused by blood clots or bleeding, disruption of blood flow to the brain. Monounsaturated fats in olive oil can reduce the risk of stroke. A study of 841,000 people found that olive oil could reduce the risk of stroke and heart disease. In another review of 140,000 participants, those who took olive oil had a much lower risk of stroke.

Good for heart disease:

Heart disease is one of the most common causes of death in the world. “Bad” LDL protects cholesterol from oxidation, improves the lining of your blood vessels, and can prevent excessive blood clotting. One study found that the use of olive oil reduced blood pressure medication requirements by 48%.

To reduce the risk of type-2 diabetes:

Olive oil is highly effective for patients with type-2 diabetes. Several studies have shown that olive oil can have beneficial effects on blood sugar and insulin sensitivity. A study of 418 healthy people found that olive oil reduced the risk of type-2 diabetes by more than 40%.

Cure Rheumatoid Arthritis:

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease characterized by pain in the bone joint. Olive oil can reduce joint pain or swelling caused by rheumatoid arthritis. When used in combination with fish oil, its beneficial effects are greatly increased.

Antibacterial properties:

Olive oil contains many nutrients that can kill harmful bacteria. One of these is Helicobacter pylori, a bacterium that lives in the stomach. It can cause stomach ulcers and stomach cancer. Test-tube studies have shown that olive oil can fight these bacteria.

Good for brain health:

Virgin olive oil contains omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that are good for the brain and memory.

Good for skin:

Olive oil is much lighter than any other oil, which is why it blends so easily with the skin. Before going to bed at night, you can massage a few drops of olive oil on your face every now and then. It has antioxidant properties and acts as a moisturizer. As a result, the skin remains smooth and taut for many years.
