Use hot steam and cold soak:
Hot steam and cold soak are very effective in treating back pain. A light hot water bottle should be applied at the place of back pain.
Also, keep some ice in a thick towel and apply it well to the back pain area. However, it cannot be used for more than 20 minutes.
Studies have shown that if you smoke, you are four times more likely to develop degenerative disc disease or other spinal problems than non-smokers.
The nicotine in cigarettes and other tobacco products can weaken your spinal cord and take away important nutrients from spongy discs that weaken your joints.
Must sit properly:
Leaning in a chair for long periods of time causes back pain or back pain. To get rid of this pain, you have to work straight in the chair.
A pillow should be placed near the back and feet should be kept flat on the floor. You have to walk for a while without sitting for a long time.
Massage or Massage:
If you have back pain, massage with essential oil or olive oil will relieve the pain easily.
However, care must be taken not to massage too forcefully. Massage with warm hot oil is more beneficial.
