Any herbal ingredient is great for our body. Similarly, there are some herbs that are beneficial in controlling high blood pressure. Most cases of high blood pressure have no symptoms. This is a big risk for heart disease and stroke.

Coriander leaves:

Coriander leaves are rich in vitamin “C” and dietary carotenoids that can lower blood pressure. Several studies have shown that carotenoid antioxidants lower blood pressure and LDL (bad) cholesterol, which is a risk factor for heart disease. Studies have shown that coriander leaves lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.


Garlic contains sulfur compounds like allicin which can help increase blood flow and relax blood vessels by lowering blood pressure.
Human studies have shown that garlic helps significantly reduce high blood pressure. One study found that garlic extract, like medicine, was effective in lowering blood pressure over a 24-week period. About 4 cloves of garlic can be eaten every day.


Cinnamon has been used in traditional medicine for centuries to treat heart disease, including high blood pressure. Nine studies, including 141 participants, found that cinnamon consumption reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure by 6.2 mm Hg and 3.9 mm Hg, respectively.


Ginger is an incredibly versatile and alternative medicine. It has been used for centuries to improve many aspects of our health, including heart disease, including cholesterol levels and blood pressure.


Cardamom can be a friend for people with high blood pressure. In one study, researchers advised 20 adults with high blood pressure to eat 3 grams of cardamom powder a day for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, their blood pressure dropped significantly. Researchers believe that spice may lower blood pressure due to its diuretic effect.
