Baking soda is heavily used on cakes, muffins type of food. It can be used not only in food preparation but also in everyday household chores, physical fitness, and cleanliness.

What is baking soda?

Baking soda contains sodium bicarbonate. It contains nahcolite which is a natural mineral Natron. The Egyptians used it as soap in ancient times, which is now a cooking ingredient.
