Foods that reduce child constipation

Child constipation is a very common thing for parents. It goes 2-3 days to a week without any bowel movement. This time duration depends on the age and health of the child.

If constipation happens once or twice then it is considered normal but it repeats then we should try to reduce it.

The major reason behind this child’s constipation is the lack of fiber in the food. The second most reason for this child’s constipation is not drinking enough water. This child’s constipation has other reasons.
